Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis®

Gyrotonic® and Gyrokinesis® are complementary exercise methods that aim to create balance, efficiency, strength, and flexibility. This mainly involves circular movements that seamlessly flow in rhythmic repetitions that follow your breath. Each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without friction or compression.

Therapeutic Exercises

Therapeutic exercises help with those recovering from injuries to regain normal or even better physical mobility. In each session, you can expect to learn movements specifically for correcting impairments, improving musculoskeletal function, or just maintaining physical well-being. These movements can range between precise actions restricted to very specific muscle groups to full-body motions that help you reach peak physical condition.

Somatic Exercises

Different from normal stretching, somatic exercises are great for relaxing any tightened muscles (e.g. developed from poor day-to-day habits) with active movements and initiating a deeper level of change by retraining your brain to lengthen and relax your muscles.
